Experienced Collection Operations Manager to lead and manage the collection team, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the achievement of collection goals according to company policies.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the collection team and guide them to achieve the set objectives
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection rates
Monitor performance, analyze reports, and make appropriate decisions
Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and laws
Coordinate with other departments to improve customer experience and reduce delinquent debts
Prepare periodic reports for senior management
Experience of no less than 5 years in the collection field, including at least two years in a supervisory position
Strong leadership and analytical skills
Proficient in using systems and technologies related to collections
High communication skills in Arabic and English
