Main tasks and responsibilities

1. Customer service support:

• Welcoming customers warmly and friendly.

• Assisting customers in choosing gelato flavors, toppings, and suitable combinations from the menu.

• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and promptly.

2. Cleanliness and sanitization:

• Ensuring the store is clean and sanitized at all times, including tables, surfaces, floors, and equipment.

• Following health and safety regulations to maintain a clean environment.

• Cleaning and sanitizing tools, dispensers, and machines after each use.

• Managing the waste disposal process and ensuring that trash bins are emptied regularly.

3. Assisting in gelato preparation:

• Supporting the gelato preparation process by assisting in the gelato rooms, mixing, and serving as needed.

• Ensuring that all portions are accurately divided and presented attractively.

4. Handling cash:

• Ensuring accurate handling of cash and conducting cash transactions during working hours.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in fleet management or transportation operations; 15 years for diploma holders.
  • Preferred experience in oil & gas, drilling, or heavy equipment operations.
Skills:
Proficiency in fleet management systems, MS Office, and budgeting is essential.
