A Snapshot of Your DayAs a Production Group Supervisor, you will lead a dynamic team in the assembly, packaging, and testing of Gas Turbines and Compressors, playing a pivotal role in Siemens Energy’s mission to deliver high-quality energy solutions. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of power generation and oil & gas projects, fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
How You’ll Make An Impact- Lead and support a diverse assembly team, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional matrix organization to ensure high-quality standards and timely delivery.
- Oversee mechanical assembly of complex packaged systems, ensuring adherence to technical drawings and standards.
- Support the generation of assembly quality records and maintenance of production equipment.
- Contribute to discussions with management to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, including HR, EHS, and QMS standards.
What You Bring- Qualification in packaging production and engineering, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Assembly & Packaging activities for Rotating Equipment, with hands-on expertise.
- Field Service experience with Gas Turbine or Compressor packages, particularly in alignment and process piping.
- Knowledge of international and industry standards, with proficiency in MS Office and CAD systems.
- Fluency in English, with Arabic strongly favored, and excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality and calmness under pressure.
