About the Role:
The Patient Assistant is responsible for assessing the patient arrival and departure to the clinic as well as providing non-medical support during the treatment session.

  • Receive patients at the clinic main entrance and escort them to the treatment area.
  • Show a welcoming attitude to patients and their families.
  • Respectfully prevent family members from entering the treatment area.
  • Assist patient needs and distribute meals as per the schedule.
  • Assist with medication delivery and documentation requirements.
  • Keep clinic equipment/assets (*, wheelchairs) in good condition.
  • Help with daily delivery of consumables from the warehouse to the treatment area.
