Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew members during flights.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
- Assist with boarding and deboarding flights.
- Serve and sell food, beverages, and products.
- Respond to passenger requests and inquiries with professionalism.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks to guarantee compliance.
- Assist with cleaning and restocking the aircraft between flights.
- Participate in ongoing training and development for enhanced skills.
- Adhere to flyadeal’s policies and procedures at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum of high school diploma.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Must meet flyadeal's BMI requirements and a minimum height of 160 cm.
- Must be physically fit, able to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Arm span of 212 cm on tiptoes is required.
- Must pass a medical examination.
- No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
- Possess a valid passport and be willing to travel frequently.
- Be eligible to travel on all routes and destinations served by flyadeal.
- Ability to swim 50 meters unattended.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of remaining calm under pressure.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
