Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew members during flights.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
- Assist with boarding and deboarding.
- Serve and sell food, beverages, and products.
- Respond to passenger requests and inquiries.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks.
- Assist with the cleaning and restocking of the aircraft between flights.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
- Adhere to flyadeal’s policies and procedures at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum of high school diploma.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Must meet the flyadeal BMI requirements and height requirement of 160 CM.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Minimum arm span of 212 CM while on tiptoes.
- Able to pass a medical examination.
- No visible tattoos or piercings during work hours.
- Must possess a valid passport and willingness to travel frequently.
- Must be able to swim 50 meters unattended.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Professional demeanor and impeccable grooming.
