Are you dynamic, enthusiastic, and passionate about customer service? Flyadeal is seeking talented individuals to join our cabin crew team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our passengers during flights. As a cabin crew member, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew members during flights.
  • Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
  • Assist with boarding and deboarding flights.
  • Serve and sell food, beverages, and products.
  • Respond to passenger requests and inquiries with professionalism.
  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks to guarantee compliance.
  • Assist with cleaning and restocking the aircraft between flights.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development for enhanced skills.
  • Adhere to flyadeal’s policies and procedures at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of high school diploma.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Must meet flyadeal's BMI requirements and a minimum height of 160 cm.
  • Must be physically fit, able to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Arm span of 212 cm on tiptoes is required.
  • Must pass a medical examination.
  • No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
  • Possess a valid passport and be willing to travel frequently.
  • Be eligible to travel on all routes and destinations served by flyadeal.
  • Ability to swim 50 meters unattended.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of remaining calm under pressure.
  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
