Key Responsibilities:- Provide positive outcomes from guest inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient reception process for guests, including check-in and check-out.
- Complete audit procedures as required.
- Maintain communication with the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors regarding guest feedback.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
- Participate in training as needed and assist in Night Team's training efforts.
- Have knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, and promotions.
- Maximize room occupancy using upselling techniques.
- Follow correct procedures for cash handling and foreign currency acceptance.
- Comply with all security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
- Assist other departments when necessary.
