As a Receptionist, you will provide crucial reception services for guests, ensuring an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. Your role will not only contribute to the first impressions of our guests but also involves the following responsibilities:
  • Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure an efficient reception experience including check in/out and complete audit procedures.
  • Maintain communication with the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors regarding guest feedback.
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
  • Assist in the training and development of the Night Team when required.
  • Maximize room occupancy using upselling techniques.
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.

What are we looking for?
Receptionists at Hilton should possess:
  • Experience in a customer-focused industry.
  • High school certificate or equivalent.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Excellent grooming standards.
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
  • Competent IT proficiency.

Previous experience in cash handling would be advantageous.
