Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze data related to products and customer specifications.
• Establish a comprehensive database of current and prospective customers.
• Engage with customers through calls or visits to promote products and present sales proposals.
• Verify pricing and authorize discounts.
• Complete the sales process, issue invoices, and collect payments.
• Follow up on debts from customers and representatives.
• Prepare and submit work reports for documentation and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Communication, or Public Relations.
• Certificate in IT Skills from Cambridge International.

Desired Skills: Advanced competency in customer service, telecommunications, product specifications, and promoting products.

• Provide information related to products, their uses, and prices.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain store organization.
• Process customer payments and handle product exchanges and returns according to company policy.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales Management. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification is a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales role.

Skills: Excellent customer service, payment processing, product knowledge, and communication skills in both Arabic and English are highly desirable.
