• Ensuring all reservations are accurately completed to meet Guest expectations.
• Providing efficient service while upholding the hotel's brand standards.

To thrive in this position, you should possess a passion for customer service, excellent communication abilities, outstanding administrative skills, and intermediate computer proficiency. Previous experience in a reservations environment is advantageous, along with relevant tertiary qualifications.
