We are looking for a customer service representative to work (remotely) to respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to their problems with professionalism and courtesy.

Main tasks:
• Answering phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
• Documenting and updating customer data in the system
• Resolving customer complaints and following up until closure
• Achieving the required performance indicators

Required qualifications:
• Proficiency in Arabic spoken and written
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
