Key Responsibilities:- Sales Management: Assist the ASM/BM in setting and achieving sales targets while guiding and motivating the sales team.
- Market Insights: Gather and maintain competitive information to strategize effectively.
- Product Availability: Ensure optimal product replenishment and manage product shelf life efficiently.
- Client Relationship: Maintain strong relations with Modern Trade/Wholesale customers.
- Route Planning: Collaborate on optimizing daily routes for maximum productivity.
- Credit Management: Adhere to company credit policies ensuring timely payments.
- Training: Train new hires and support their development.
- Reporting: Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in line with company policies.
Qualifications:- Minimum high school diploma, vocational degree in business, marketing or finance preferred.
- 5 years Van Sales experience or 2 years in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and people management skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
