About The RoleWe are seeking a skilled
Receptionist to join our team in Riyadh. This is a one-year contract role with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities- Meeting Room Coordination: Organize and maintain schedules for meeting rooms.
- Visitor Access Management: Oversee gate access for company visitors.
- Travel and Accommodation: Coordinate employee flight bookings and manage hotel reservations.
- Logistics Management: Handle receipt and dispatch of office packages.
- Team Support: Assist the team and facilitate communication with other departments.
- Office Maintenance: Ensure timely maintenance of office infrastructure.
- Procurement and Supplies: Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Documentation: Issue required administrative documents.
Required Qualifications- Experience as a Receptionist or in office administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
