- Provide information on warranties, features, specifications, and care of products.
- Ensure customer needs are met, resolve complaints, and maintain high service standards.
- Stay aware of new product launches, promotions, and be responsible for achieving sales targets.
- Ensure accurate promotions and pricing, compute sale prices and discounts.
- Handle cash, credit payments, invoices, and maintain records accurately.
- Follow after-sales processes and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in store merchandising and uphold the highest standards of housekeeping and grooming.
