As a Security Superhero at Hilton, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our guests, team members, and the hotel premises. You will be responsible for constant vigilance of hotel activities and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

Your Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Constant vigilance of hotel operations and premises.
• Maintaining all documents and key systems per legal and Company requirements.
• Recommending improvements in surveillance, security, and fire systems.
• Reviewing and addressing incidents with a focus on preventing re-occurrences.
• Training and supervising the Security Team, organizing work schedules, and ensuring compliance with all policies.
• Conducting regular briefings with the Security Team.

What We Are Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should bring a proactive attitude and possess skills that align with our values, including:

• Previous security experience, particularly in environments with high foot traffic.
• Experience in planning, organizing, and enforcing security systems.
• Current knowledge of fire, safety, and first aid (valid qualifications required).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong personal presentation.

Desirable Qualifications:
It would be advantageous if you have experience in training others in security protocols and possess relevant qualifications.
