As a Security Supervisor at our esteemed hotel, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our guests and assets while fostering a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Protect and safeguard all hotel guests, employees, and their belongings under the direction of the Chief Security Officer.
• Assist in coordinating hotel security operations to maximize efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Manage the security department in the absence of the Chief Security Officer while adhering to hotel standards.
• Conduct regular patrols throughout the property to identify and report any irregularities.
• Perform emergency response drills and daily safety inspections.
• Maintain detailed security logs, incident reports, and key control documents.
• Handle investigations and prepare unbiased incident reports on theft, injury, property damage, or any disturbances.

Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of experience in the security field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent supervisory and management abilities.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Relevant training or certifications in security is advantageous.

Role Purpose
The Security Supervisor is an integral part of the facilities management team and supports the security manager in overseeing the operational performance of the service provider within the residential compound to provide a safe and secure environment.
Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for implementing policies, procedures and work instructions within the security operations.
• Monitor service provider's processes as referenced in the contract and highlight any deviations.
• Work closely with the service provider to ensure workforce compliance with the service agreement.
• Oversee key control programs, ensuring assets and personnel are safe and secure.
• Ensure effective access control systems are functioning properly.
• Monitor security systems including cameras and alarms.
• Report any security incidents and take action to mitigate situations.
• Comply with safety, quality and governance standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 1 year of experience.
• Professional certificates such as CISSP, CISM, CPP.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
