We are looking for a dedicated Security Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing all security shift activities. This role is critical in ensuring the protection of personnel and property while providing a safe work environment for the security team.

Job Purpose:
To oversee all security shift activities and ensure personnel and property protection at all times.

Accountabilities:

• Enforce security policies and procedures during your shift.
• Prepare security personnel distribution plans and manage vacation schedules.
• Supervise security personnel to maintain quality work.
• Handle emergencies according to response procedures.
• Monitor security patrol vehicles and conduct checks on patrols.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with certification in a relevant field.
• ISPS-PFSO certification.
• Minimum 5 years experience in industrial security.
• Proficiency in English communication skills.
