Key Responsibilities:- Maintain continuous vigilance of hotel operations and premises.
- Ensure compliance with all documentation and legal requirements related to security.
- Recommend improvements in surveillance and fire systems.
- Quickly and thoroughly review incidents to prevent future occurrences.
- Train and supervise the Security Team, organizing work schedules and enforcing all policies.
- Conduct regular briefings with the Security Team.
Qualifications:- Previous security experience, particularly in environments with high people volume.
- Knowledge of fire, safety, and first aid protocols (valid certifications required).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong personal presentation.
Preferred Qualifications:- Previous training experience with relevant qualifications.
