About the Role: Security Supervisor

Hilton is seeking a Security Supervisor to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience in security operations within a hospitality environment.

Role Overview

The Security Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a secure environment for guests and team members, ensuring facility safety, and contributing to positive guest experiences. This role involves overseeing security operations and responding to various incidents to uphold safety standards across the premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct security patrols, monitoring interior and exterior hotel premises to identify and address safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
• Coordinate responses to incidents such as fires, medical emergencies, and security threats.
• Supervise and develop the security team, including training, scheduling, and providing guidance to Security Guards/Officers to ensure high performance.
• Conduct preliminary incident investigations, gathering relevant information, documenting findings, and ensuring accurate reporting of security incidents.
• Promote adherence to safety protocols and best practices among team members.
• Provide backup by fulfilling security officer responsibilities as required.
