About the Role:
This position will report to the Marketing & Sales Manager - Service. As a global market leader, ABB focuses on improving the availability, reliability, predictability, and sustainability of electrical products and installations. You will identify and develop service sales opportunities within the Installed Base, facilitating upgrades and value-added solutions while building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify service sales opportunities and manage sales activities using CRM tools.
  • Support marketing initiatives and maintain service data to drive growth and mitigate risks.
  • Align ABB’s service offerings with customer needs, ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5+ years in service organizations, including 3 years in sales.
  • Proficient in Salesforce, SAP booking, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Experience in OHS, technical support, and customer-centric sales practices.

Job Description:
Sales Specialist – Real Estate Development Sector and Selling Residential Units.

Job Objective:
To market and sell the residential units under the company and achieve the specified sales goals by attracting customers and building professional relationships with them. It is necessary to provide suitable housing solutions to meet their needs, which contributes to increasing the company's market share and enhancing its reputation in the real estate development sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Receiving potential customers and communicating with them to understand their housing needs.
  • Showcasing available residential units and clarifying the advantages and technical and financial specifications of each unit.
  • Preparing sales proposals and negotiating with customers to ensure the completion of deals under favorable terms.
  • Following up with customers from the inquiry stage until signing contracts and handing over the unit.
  • Working to achieve the monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Building a database of customers and maintaining long-term relationships with them.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth sales and delivery processes.
  • Participating in exhibitions and real estate events to promote the company's projects and increase sales opportunities.
  • Preparing periodic reports on sales activity and customer feedback.
  • Adhering to the policies and procedures approved by the company.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of two years of practical experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Good knowledge of real estate sales and marketing systems and regulations in the Kingdom.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and customer service skills.
