Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the effective operation of security personnel and systems throughout all shifts.
- Oversee daily security activities and manage incident response.
- Coordinate with Emergency services and maintain communication.
- Implement quality management systems for contracted security services.
- Produce incident reports and ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
- Safeguard the welfare of children and promote a secure environment.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a security-related field (essential).
- Leadership and management training.
Experience:- Minimum of 5 years in a security management position.
- Strong understanding of HSE requirements and security operations.
Skills and Abilities:- Strong personality with operational control capabilities.
- Proficient in Arabic and English communication.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage performance of staff.
