• Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner.

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.

• Front of House Excellence: Greet and assist visitors, manage incoming calls, and answer queries efficiently.
• Admissions and Tour Coordination: Support scheduling of school tours and manage the admissions process for new students.
• Customer Experience: Maintain the school calendar and ensure effective communication with parents.
• Administrative Support: Manage absence records and provide administrative assistance to other departments as needed.

• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Experience with CRM software.
