• Greet and seat guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.

• Uphold quality standards and adhere to company policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or *** equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.

• Front Office & Visitor Management: Greet and welcome visitors; manage visitor access as per security procedures; answer and forward calls effectively.
• Administration & Facilities Coordination: Manage office supplies, coordinate maintenance activities, and support administrative functions like documentation and filing.
• Employee & Corporate Support: Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, and support employee engagement activities.
• Operational Support: Handle reporting, logistics coordination, and vendor communications.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Receiving clients and visitors and welcoming them.
• Answering phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
• Registering new members and renewing subscriptions.
• Monitoring client attendance and managing bookings and appointments.
• Collecting fees and issuing invoices according to approved procedures.
• Providing information about courses, sports programs, and offers.
• Coordinating with trainers and management regarding schedules and updates.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of client data.
• Preparing daily reports regarding attendance and sales.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization.
