Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a medium to large firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Certified SF ECP Consultant is preferred.

Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mid to Senior-Level Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role is crucial as you will work closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze requirements, and support the delivery of strategic, high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
• Develop comprehensive functional specifications, user stories, and process flows to guide implementation.
• Lead requirement validation sessions and facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical teams.
• Contribute to test planning and execution to ensure the quality and accuracy of deliverables.
• Provide post-implementation support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a mid to senior-level capacity in the IT field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the skill to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP or equivalent) is a plus.
