Executive Analyst

About the Role

Mosanada Logistics Services is seeking an Executive Analyst to join their team in Makkah, with work also extending to Jeddah. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves providing critical analytical support to management through data insights and reporting.

Role Overview

The Executive Analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining key business intelligence tools and preparing comprehensive reports. This role is central to supporting strategic decision-making and monitoring performance across various departmental initiatives within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards utilizing Power BI and Excel.
• Prepare executive reports, presentations, and KPI dashboards for management.
• Analyze business data to provide actionable insights that support management decisions.
• Monitor departmental performance and progress on strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal departments and follow up on management action plans.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in an analytical or reporting role.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and dashboard development.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
