Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and responding to their preferences.
• Recommend menu items based on customer needs and upsell appropriately.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages following established recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and speed of service.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Follow health and safety regulations for food handling and sanitation.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Accurately handle cash, card payments, and transactions through the point-of-sale system.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences:
Ideally, you should have a diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage with previous experience as a Barista in a high-volume restaurant. A good command of English and essential interpersonal skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing Coffee and Beverages: Brew espresso and prepare a variety of coffee drinks (*, lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos). Make other beverages such as teas, smoothies, and cold brews. Follow recipes and maintain consistency in drink preparation.
• Customer Service: Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and professional manner. Offer product suggestions and answer questions about the menu. Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure proper functioning. Keep the work area tidy and organized.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and alert management when supplies are running low. Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.
• Other Duties: May be assigned as needed.
