Join Napco National as a Sales Executive!
As a leading company in the manufacturing and marketing of packaging solutions, we are looking for a Sales Executive to manage assigned customer accounts efficiently.
  • Sell a wide range of company products based on group channel guidelines.
  • Provide feedback on competition activities and suggest strategies for improvement.
  • Prepare special order requests and take necessary approvals from customers and management.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with customers, revisit lost customers, and identify opportunities for regaining business.
  • Open new accounts and ensure proper documentation.
  • Train customers to utilize our ECOM platform effectively.
  • Handle customer complaints and report to the sales team leader.
  • Prepare and enter customer orders into the JDE system without violations.
