Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of 7-8 operators, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Foster a high-performing team by understanding individual capabilities and providing development opportunities.
• Drive safety excellence and provide necessary training to crew members.
• Monitor product quality and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and apply the development cycle for team members.
• Meet or exceed KPI goals through effective process management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably on the shop floor.
• Proven track record in leading teams and driving process improvements.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.

Your Job
Guardian Glass is seeking you to become our next Production Supervisor at our Float Glass Facility in Al-Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This position will be responsible for advancing culture among the team members by effectively playing Responsibilities of Supervisor role. This role will focus on achieving smooth plant operations in shifts, engagement of team members, and driving operations vision into action.

• Lead an operational team of 7-8 operators in a safe and efficient manner.

• Monitor product quality and provide guidance to maximize efficiency.
• Complete data entry responsibilities and generate reports timely.
• Conduct annual performance reviews for direct reports.
• Meet or exceed KPI goals by improving processes.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in leading high-performing teams.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
