Warehouse Supervisor

About the Role

Agile Consultants is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a full-time position in Al Jubail. The successful candidate will oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain activities within a manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong background in warehouse supervision and proficiency in SAP for managing transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including material receiving, storage, and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Prepare inventory reports and warehouse Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Ensure proper material handling, warehouse housekeeping, and compliance with safety procedures.
• Utilize SAP systems to manage and record warehouse transactions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or warehouse management.
• Hands-on SAP experience in warehouse transactions and inventory management.
• Experience supervising warehouse receiving, storage, and dispatch operations.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation, and cycle counting.
• Ability to prepare inventory reports and warehouse KPI reports.
• Understanding of warehouse safety, material handling, and housekeeping practices.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
