About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Talent Management: Drive recruitment efforts, manage the talent acquisition process, collaborate with departmental managers, and create job offers.
  • Employee Relations: Build relationships with all levels of employees, advise managers on employee relations issues, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • HR Operations & Payroll: Oversee day-to-day HR administration, prepare payroll, and manage employee queries.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage the performance review process and support compensation benchmarking exercises.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in HR
  • 5+ years in an HR function, with at least 2 years of people management experience
  • Full understanding of KSA Labor Law
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
  • Excellent time management and communication skills

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that are aligned with the overall business strategy of the F&B/Hospitality division.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new team members.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that encourages high performance and employee development.

Qualifications:

  • A thorough understanding of Saudi Arabian labour law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (*, CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
