Your Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment & Talent Management: Lead recruitment processes, manage job descriptions and talent sourcing, and collaborate with department managers for hiring needs.
  • Employee Relations: Foster relationships across all levels, advising on policies and resolving performance-related issues in line with local labor laws.
  • HR Operations & Payroll: Oversee day-to-day HR administration, including contracts and payroll instructions, while ensuring compliance with KSA labor regulations.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage performance reviews, promotions, and compensation benchmarking to retain top talent.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant HR certification
- 5+ years in HR, with 2+ years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of KSA Labor Law
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Excellent communication skills in English
