About the Role:The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with leisure clients, including travel agencies and tour operators. You will identify new opportunities, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential leisure clients.
- Identify and pursue new leisure business opportunities.
- Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site visits to promote the hotel's facilities and services.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Analyze sales data and market trends.
- Develop and manage sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- 12 years of sales experience in hospitality, focusing on leisure sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with international leisure clients.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management principles.
- Certification in hospitality sales.
