Role Overview:
The HR Manager will manage end-to-end HR operations for multi-location retail showrooms and head office functions. The role focuses on recruitment, manpower planning, HR operations, performance management, employee relations, compliance, and training, supporting a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for showroom and HO roles
  • Manpower planning, job descriptions, and hiring budgets
  • Oversee HR operations: onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and exits
  • Implement PMS, KPIs, incentives, and productivity tracking
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labour law and HR policies
  • Coordinate training for retail, sales, product, and leadership development
  • Maintain HR MIS reports (headcount, attrition, recruitment, attendance)

Candidate Profile:
  • 7–10 years HR experience, retail/product-based industry mandatory
  • Experience handling multi-store or showroom operations
  • GCC experience preferred
  • Strong HR operations, employee relations, and compliance exposure

Education:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or Management

Skills:
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Experience with HR MIS, PMS, attendance, and payroll coordination
