Job Responsibilities:

• Train and supervise kitchen personnel ensuring high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
• Produce high-quality food, ensuring consistency in taste, temperature, and visual appeal.
• Store and manage equipment and perishable items hygienically to avoid contamination.
• Uphold various hygiene and sanitation procedures when handling food and utensils.
• Work with the Executive Steward to maintain kitchen cleanliness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in pastry or bakery.
• Understanding of baking tools and techniques.
• Competence in pastry and cake decorating.
• Culinary arts certification is a plus.
• Basic communication skills in English and proficiency in mathematical calculations.
• A detail-oriented mindset focused on consistent results.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently under time constraints.
