Key Responsibilities:- Monitor duty schedules in the bakery operation.
- Create high-quality and creative bakery products to satisfy customers.
- Follow instructions from superiors to complete daily tasks.
- Maintain the highest standards in daily preparation and stay updated with new recipes and techniques.
- Participate in establishing month-end inventory in the bakery.
- Handle food transfers to other areas with proper documentation.
- Coordinate with other sections for cleanliness, wastage, and cost control.
- Consult on daily bakery requirements, functions, buffets, and last-minute events.
- Ensure hygiene standards within the bakery section.
Skills and Qualifications:- Professional kitchen apprenticeship or chef training course.
- Previous experience in the bakery section with good culinary skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Proven knowledge of pastry preparation, presentation, and preservation.
- Positive, dynamic, creative, and dedicated team player.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and under challenging conditions.
