Achieving the monthly sales target
- Welcoming all customers directly upon entering the showroom
- Building a positive relationship with customers, understanding their needs, and offering the suitable product to them
- Dealing with customer complaints positively and trying to resolve all their issues, and raising the matter to the direct manager if resolution is not possible
- Handling exchange and return requests for all customers according to the applicable instructions at the time and following the instructions regarding the reservation of goods
- Providing high-level customer service by treating the customer professionally, listening to them, giving them sufficient attention, following the five principles of customer service, and maintaining continuous communication with the customer via phone, text messages, mail, and all available methods, and informing the customer of all new goods and services
- Maintaining cleanliness at the workplace
- Maintaining a decent appearance and adhering to the full official uniform
- Following management's instructions regarding work regulations that have been circulated previously, such as (instructions regarding working hours, breaks, meal times and places, entry and exit, work visits, vacations, and so forth)
