ROLE PROFILE:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the ultimate champion of customer service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim Guidelines. Your responsibilities include:
  • Understanding customer needs to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Promptly addressing customer concerns and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Achieving set sales targets and creatively exceeding them.
  • Providing thorough product knowledge to enhance sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
  • Maintaining store standards, including cleanliness, tidiness, and replenishment.
  • Complying with all store security policies to minimize stock loss.
