Join Our Team as a Sales Specialist!
At Sana Tourism Company, we are dedicated to organizing integrated trips for leisure travelers to explore the extraordinary beauty of Saudi Arabia. We are currently in search of a passionate and energetic Sales Specialist to enhance our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Directly engage with clients through various communication channels (Email, WhatsApp, Mobile, Social Media).
  • Understand client requirements, propose tailored experiences, and pay attention to detail.
  • Follow up with clients, maintaining a personalized communication approach.
  • Keep sales activities updated with accurate details.
  • Support the creation of a Saudi seasons calendar and coordinate with operational teams for smooth execution of experiences.
  • Collect client feedback post-trip for insights on improving service quality.
  • Assist in developing new tourism products and custom experiences based on market trends.
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with key partners including hotels and local attractions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Marketing.
  • 3+ years of B2C experience with strong negotiation skills.
  • Strong reporting skills and excellent knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel; GDS/Power BI is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication skills in both English and Arabic.
