Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Executive Assistant to support our executive team with comprehensive administrative and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and Executive Office.
  • Coordinate complex international travel, meetings, agendas, and guest arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in driving pre-opening readiness, including documentation and logistics coordination.
  • Support project rollouts related to brand compliance and operational readiness.
  • Track action items and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Organize high-profile visits and VIP guest engagements.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information.
  • Prepare high-level presentations and reports.
  • Manage contracts and supplier communications relevant to Executive Office projects.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives in luxury hospitality.
  • Proven experience in hotel pre-opening projects preferred.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
