An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pastry Chef to join Jumeirah The Red Sea. This role will involve creating a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods while ensuring high quality and consistency.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Create a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods including cakes, tarts, cookies, and confections.
  • Develop and refine recipes, experimenting with new ingredients and techniques.
  • Collaborate with management to design and plan pastry menus.
  • Source and manage high-quality ingredients and maintain inventory levels.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of all pastries and desserts.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary, Hospitality or any relevant field.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience as a pastry chef.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
