Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Supervision & Quality Assurance: Lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas meet our stringent cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Oversee room setups, special requests for guests, and address any concerns or requests promptly.
• Team Leadership & Development: Coach and mentor your team to uphold our service culture, providing ongoing training and feedback.
• Coordination & Communication: Collaborate effectively with other departments to maintain seamless operations and report maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Standards, Safety & Compliance: Uphold all health and safety standards and ensure adherence to policies and environmental practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2–4 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective communication abilities and proficiency in training and managing a diverse team.
• Familiarity with housekeeping and property management systems is a plus.

Additional Information:

• Understanding of ultra-luxury guest expectations and experience during the pre-opening stages is essential.
• Must maintain impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping attendants, assign daily cleaning tasks, and set operational priorities.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Conduct quality inspections aligned with Forbes 5-star and FAENA luxury service standards.
• Support training and onboarding of housekeeping team members.
• Monitor productivity and ensure seamless guest experiences by coordinating with other departments.
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate operational records.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping at a luxury hotel or resort, including supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with Forbes 5-star or AAA 5-Diamond standards is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Hospitality qualification or related education is preferred.
