Key Responsibilities- Operational Supervision & Quality Assurance: Oversee daily housekeeping tasks for guest rooms and public areas while ensuring cleanliness and brand standard compliance.
- Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Maintain impeccable room standards, addressing guest requests and concerns proactively and professionally.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and motivate the housekeeping team, ensuring high service culture and performance standards.
- Coordination & Communication: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely communication regarding room status.
- Standards, Safety & Compliance: Enforce grooming, hygiene, and safety standards, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and security procedures.
Qualifications- 2-4 years of experience in luxury hotel housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Housekeeping Management is an advantage.
