Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea, an exceptional addition to Saudi Arabia's Red Sea Project, is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest experience in our luxurious environment. With the charm of exceptional service and sustainability at its core, this role offers the opportunity to lead a talented team in an iconic location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational Supervision & Quality Assurance: Lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas meet our stringent cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Guest Experience & Service Excellence: Oversee room setups, special requests for guests, and address any concerns or requests promptly.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Coach and mentor your team to uphold our service culture, providing ongoing training and feedback.
  • Coordination & Communication: Collaborate effectively with other departments to maintain seamless operations and report maintenance issues in a timely manner.
  • Standards, Safety & Compliance: Uphold all health and safety standards and ensure adherence to policies and environmental practices.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • 2–4 years of experience in a luxury hotel environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective communication abilities and proficiency in training and managing a diverse team.
  • Familiarity with housekeeping and property management systems is a plus.

Additional Information:
  • Understanding of ultra-luxury guest expectations and experience during the pre-opening stages is essential.
  • Must maintain impeccable grooming and personal presentation aligned with luxury standards.
