Key Responsibilities:- Inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure they meet our high quality standards.
- Coordinate with housekeeping management and other departments, including Engineering and Front Office.
- Assist in hiring, training, and evaluating housekeeping staff.
- Document and resolve issues related to room discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security policies and complete necessary training and certifications.
- Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance.
Preferred Qualifications:- High school diploma or *** equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience required.
