Join the Hilton Team as a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor!
As a vital part of the Housekeeping Department, you will ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the entire hotel to the highest standards.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Allocate work duties to Team Members.
  • Conduct routine inspections of all check-out and occupied rooms.
  • Report and manage maintenance defects and other issues.
  • Supervise service areas, store rooms and corridors.
  • Schedule and oversee deep cleaning and other projects.
  • Train and manage Room Attendants and Team Members.
  • Manage stock control and maintenance of equipment.
  • Provide excellent guest service, catering to VIP needs and special requests.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel brand standards at all times.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role.
  • A successful track record of managing a team.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Proficiency with computers and programs, preferably Microsoft Office.
