Job Responsibilities:- Manage and control all cost-related activities for a Runway/Airfield/Airport project.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, MEP, and airfield works based on project specifications.
- Support budget preparation and provide cost inputs during project planning and tendering.
- Track actual project expenditures against budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze cost trends, identify variances, and propose corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and other teams to ensure alignment of cost management with project execution.
Required Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in cost engineering or commercial roles.
- Strong experience in cost estimation, monitoring, and reporting for large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
