Required Skills:

• Cost Estimation and Budget Preparation: Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates and budgets for all project phases.
• Cost Monitoring and Reporting: Track project expenditures and prepare periodic cost reports.
• Forecasting and Variance Analysis: Update cost forecasts and conduct variance analysis to manage budget discrepancies.
• Change Management: Evaluate financial impacts of project changes and manage documentation.

• Proficiency with cost control tools (*, Primavera, SAP).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Preferred certifications: PMP and CCP.
