A leading company is seeking to hire a qualified Cost Control Engineer to handle critical aspects of project financial health. This role will involve monitoring costs, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. As part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring project success through effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control project costs to meet budgeting targets.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and forecasts.
  • Utilize cost control software such as Primavera, SAP, or similar.
  • Analyze financial data to guide project decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • More than 7 years of experience in cost monitoring and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office and strong analytical skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a working knowledge of PC software packages typically associated with cost management
  • Extensive experience in pre-contract preparation of cost plans at all RIBA stages
  • Advanced Excel skills

Desired Skills:
  • Well-rounded quantity surveying competency with experience from inception to completion in the Middle East and KSA
