Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, economics, or accounting.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project cost management.
- You can manage project costs, monitor budgets, and forecast expenses.
- Analyze drawings, terms, and specifications to calculate material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Assist in identifying changes in the scope of work and estimating the quantities of these changes.
Required Skills:- Ability to analyze costs and prepare budget reports.
- Develop monthly updates for projects in terms of costs and expected expenses.
Certification Requirements:- Preferred to have certifications in financial analysis from accredited institutions.
