Key Responsibilities:

• Review material takeoffs on complex projects, drawings, and plans, ensuring mathematical and technical accuracy.
• Prepare detailed breakdowns of components and elements of estimates for systems and subsystems.
• Analyze contractual documents and modifications to understand the scope of work.
• Provide summaries of task and subtask estimates, determining rates and costs.
• Assign and accumulate material and staffing costs accurately.
• Maintain current estimating standards and databases through evaluation of historical cost data.
• Prepare budgets for current and future projects, and manage the Change Order process.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 9 years of experience in cost control, estimation, or cost engineering within major infrastructure programs.
• Familiarity with earned value management and progress measurement systems is advantageous.
• Fluency in English, with excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is a plus.

About the Role:
As a Quality Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining product quality from raw materials to finished goods. You will report directly to the Sr. QC Supervisor and your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting inspections of incoming raw materials.
• Performing quality measuring tests across all product ranges.
• Communicating deficiencies to the production team and quality manager.
• Maintaining a proper lab environment for testing.
• Inspecting finished goods post-production and prior to dispatch.
• Preparing daily stock positions of storage racks.
• Filling out checklists for various production lines to report any non-conformances.
• Preparing batch reports and maintaining documentation for quality systems.
• Carrying out assignments from the Quality Assurance Manager.
• Involving in the validation of new raw materials, machines, or production lines.
• Following quality standards, SOPs, and safety procedures (OHSAS 18001).

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have:

• MSc in Chemistry or BE in Chemical Engineering or from a Plastic institute.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant position.

Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or college degree.
• Minimum of 23 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of PLC and schematic interpretation is a plus.
• Able to work flexible hours including day and night shifts.
