Join Al Shuwayer Group of Companies as a Cost Control Engineer! We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to manage cost reporting and analysis for our projects in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cost reporting and conduct cost-benefit analyses to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports with actionable recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to align cost control efforts with project objectives.
  • Implement Earned Value Management (EVM) for effective cost control and project forecasting.
  • Ensure project plans meet client specifications, accurately estimating timelines and costs.
  • Conduct studies on material price variations and use Time Value of Money (TVM) for financial analysis.
  • Oversee technical office responsibilities including studying project specifications and preparing drawings.

Competencies Required:
  • Advanced Cost Estimating and Forecasting.
  • Data Analysis & Interpretation.
  • Leadership & Team Mentorship.
  • Standards and Guidelines.

Professional Skills:
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, ERP, CSI programs, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and Power BI.

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in cost control related to steel projects.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Primavera P6 & CSI programs certifications.
