As a Housekeeping Floor Supervisor, you will be instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our hotel. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests have exceptional experiences throughout their stay.

Your responsibilities include:

• Allocating work duties to Team Members.
• Performing routine inspections of check-out rooms and spot checks of occupied rooms.
• Reporting and following up on maintenance defects and other issues.
• Inspecting service areas, store rooms, and corridors regularly.
• Scheduling and supervising deep cleaning and additional projects.
• Managing and training Room Attendants and other Team Members to uphold our standards.
• Efficiently managing stock control and maintaining equipment.
• Providing excellent guest service, including handling VIP and special requirements.
• Ensuring adherence to hotel brand standards at all times.

Job Description: In this role as a cleaning and housekeeping supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating housekeeping activities in commercial facilities and achieving a high level of cleanliness and organization.
