About the Role:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the operations of one of our premier dining outlets. Reporting to the Director of Restaurants, you will take charge of:
  • Leading and motivating the outlet team
  • Ensuring high-quality food and beverage service
  • Managing daily operations
  • Monitoring budgets and inventory
  • Organizing promotional events

What You Bring:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Experience as an Outlet Manager in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
