Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and guest service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage staff and provide training to maintain exceptional service levels.
- Monitor financial performance and assist in budget management.
Qualifications:- Relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or esteemed restaurant.
