The essential requirements include: a minimum of 15 years of practical experience in the restaurant sector, with at least 7 years in senior leadership positions, exceptional skills in analyzing financial data and using it to make effective operational decisions, a proven track record in opening and establishing new restaurant branches, high capacity for flexible and innovative thinking, advanced skills in quickly and effectively solving operational problems, proficiency in handling restaurant management systems and data analysis tools with utmost efficiency, strong leadership qualities, exceptional negotiation skills, and full accountability for decisions.
