Responsibilities:

• Communicate with potential customers over the phone to introduce them to products or services.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert them into actual customers.
• Explain the features of products and services and answer customer inquiries.
• Update customer databases and document calls and results in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and customer service team to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to improving processes and products.
• Handle objections and rejections in a professional and constructive manner.
• Keep updated knowledge of products, offers, and prices.

Qualifications:

• High communication skills and eloquence in speech.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Self-discipline and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good organizational skills and time management.
• Proficient in using computers and customer management software (CRM).
• Proactive spirit and ability to achieve sales goals.
• Effective listening and understanding of customer needs.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service (via phone or in person) is preferred.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
