Responsibilities:- Communicate with potential customers over the phone to introduce them to products or services.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert them into actual customers.
- Explain the features of products and services and answer customer inquiries.
- Update customer databases and document calls and results in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and customer service team to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to improving processes and products.
- Handle objections and rejections in a professional and constructive manner.
- Keep updated knowledge of products, offers, and prices.
Qualifications:- High communication skills and eloquence in speech.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate.
- Self-discipline and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good organizational skills and time management.
- Proficient in using computers and customer management software (CRM).
- Proactive spirit and ability to achieve sales goals.
- Effective listening and understanding of customer needs.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (via phone or in person) is preferred.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
